The Conference Center Director is responsible for leading conference, meeting, banquet, entertainment, and event operations while driving sales and revenue growth for the Conference Center. This position oversees event planning, business development, client relationships, marketing strategies, and day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. The Director works closely with hospitality, food service, marketing, gaming, and facility teams to coordinate events ranging from small meetings, to large-scale conferences, weddings, concerts, and special events.

The Coordinated Services Team (CST) Project Coordinator / Parent Aide is a split position responsible for coordinating collaborative services for children and families while also providing direct parent support services. Approximately 80% if the role focuses on CST coordination and 20% focuses on Parent Aide responsibilities. This position works to strengthen systems of care, improve family outcomes, and support children and youth receiving services from multiple agencies and programs.

The Grants Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration of grant-funded programs at Waadookodaading Ojibwe Learning Institute. This position works closely with program leadership, accounting staff, and funding agencies to ensure grants remain organized, financially accountable, and compliant with tribal, state, federal, and private funding requirements. The Grants Manager supports community-driven initiatives by coordinating reporting, monitoring expenditures, and maintaining strong systems for grant management and compliance.

This position assists with benefit enrollment, billing reconciliation, record-keeping, compliance activities, and employee communication while maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring accurate administration of benefit program

The Early Childhood Education Faculty member provides instruction, academic advising, and curriculum development support for the Early Childhood Education program at the Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwe University. This position teaches classroom and practicum courses, supports student success through academic advising, and contributes to program development while promoting Ojibwe language, culture, and educational values. This grant-funded position also plays an important role in recruiting and supporting future early childhood educators throughout the region.
