The Dealer conducts table games while providing exceptional guest service and maintaining game security. This position ensures games are operated accurately, professionally, and in accordancewith casino procedures.
- Deal assigned table games including Blackjack, Poker, Craps, and Roulette
- Maintain game security and bankroll accuracy
- Verify fills, credits, and table balances
- Deliver professional guest service
- Report irregular play or equipment concerns
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dealer training or previous dealing experience
- Strong math, communication, and customerservices skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must obtain a Key Gaming License and complete Title 31 Training
