Loyalty Club Representative

The Loyalty Club Representative is responsible for creating positive guest experiences through Loyalty Club enrollment, promotions, and personalized customer service. This position assists guests with membership activity, promotes casino amenities and special events, and supports promotional activities throughout the property. The Loyalty Club Representative aldo creates custom promotional items and helps strengthen guet engagement while maintaining the confidentiality of player information.
- Enroll guests in the Loyalty Club and assist with membership and player account activity
- Support casino promotions, givewaways, special events and related paperwork
- Promote property amenities, including dining, beverages, events, loging, and retail items
- Operate production equipment to create custom promotional items for guests and team members
- Assist guests with questions and concerns while maintaining accurate records and strict confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age
- Strong public relations and verbal communication skills
- General computer word-processing and data entry skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and obtain a gaming license
- Must be available to work varying hours and days, including weekends and holidays.
