Program Director

The Program Director oversees youth programs, staff, and daily program operations at the Club.This position helps ensure high-quality programming that supports youth development, member engagement, and positive outcomes while assisting with grant compliance and reporting.
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimim five (5) years of experience in youth programming or a similar organization
- Experience with grants, reporting, and program administration
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- CPR/First Aid Certification and valid driver’s license
