Outreach Site Coordinator

The Outreach Site Coordinator provides academic advising, tutoring, career guidance, and other support services to students at the Bad River outreach site. This position promotes student success by connecting learners with educational resources, coordinating academic programming, and supporting daily site operations.
- Provide academic advising, tutoring, career coaching, and financial literacy guidance
- Develop individualized academic success plans for participating students
- Coordinate workshops, cultural enrichment activities, and student events
- Support work-study, work-based learning, and grant-funded student programs
- Maintain accurate service documentation and confidential student records
- Build partnerships with schools, businesses, organizations, and University departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Services, or a related field; or an associate degree with current enrollment in a related bachelor’s program.
- Experience working with Native American adult learners and students from different socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Experience in academic advising and education coordination
- Knowledge of FERPA and the ability to maintain strict condifentiality
- Strong communication, organization, time-management, and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
