Lodge Service Specialist

The Lodge Service Specialist is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and guest-ready hotel rooms. This position supports the guest experience by ensuring high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and room presentation throughout the lodge
- Clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms to establish standards
- Change linens, replenish room supplies, and inspect room amenities
- Report maintenance, safety, and housekeeping concerns
- Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and supplies
- Assist with laundry, public area cleaning, and other housekeeping duties as needed
- Follow security, safety, and confidentiality procedures
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma, GED, HSED, or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attetion to detail
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Flexible scheduling availability
