Drop Team Member

The Drop Team Member is responsible for collecting slot machine and table game drop boxes, accurately counting currency and tickets, and maintaining compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls. This position helps safeguard casino assets while supporting the integrity and accuracy of daily financial operations. Team members work closely with Security, Surveillance, and Finance staff to ensure all counting procedures are completed safely, securely, and accurately.
- Collect, transport, and secure slot machine and table game drop boxes according to established procedures
- Count currency and tickets using soft-count equipment while maintaining accuracy and accountability
- Monitor for counterfeit currency, fraudulent tickets, and count discrepancies
- Maintain accurate count records, logs, and supporting documentation
- Follow gaming regulations, internal controls, security and safety procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, Security, and Surveillance personnel
- Help maintain a clean, secure, and organized work environment
- Protect confidential information and company assets at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Strong customer service experience and professional demeanor
- Previous money handling experience preferred
- Basic math and computer skills required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and accurate
- Must work a flexible schedule as needed
- Must complete Title 31 training and obtain a Key Gaming License
