Position Summary

The Player Development Manager is responsible for leading VIP guest services, loyalty development, and relationship marketing initiatives that increase guest engagement, visitation, and gaming performance. This position oversees player development programs, guest loyalty services, promotions, and special events while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong representation of the Sevenwinds brand. The role works closely with multiple departments to strengthen relationships with valued guests and drive long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage VIP player development programs that increase guest loyalty and gaming revenue
  • Recruit, supervise, train, coach, and mentor Loyalty Club and Guest Development staff
  • Build relationships with high-value players and create personalized guest engagement strategies
  • Plan and coordinate promotions, entertainment events, VIP experiences, and loyalty initiatives
  • Monitor player activity, rewards programs, reinvestment strategies, and promotional performance
  • Collaborate with Gaming, Food & Beverage, Conference Center, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Prepare performance reports, maintain player profiles, and ensure confidentiality of guest information
  • Develop departmental policies, procedures, staffing plans, and operational standards

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum of two years of marketing or sales management experience in the gaming or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and staff development skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, marketing software, and online analytics tools
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other flexible schedules
  • Must obtain a Gaming License ad complete Title 31 training
