Cage Cashier

The Cage Cashier provides exceptional guest service through cash, coin, chip, coupon, and redemption transactions. This position supports daily Cage/Vault operations by maintaining accurate balances, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with casino procedures and gaming regulations
- Process guess transactions including cash, coins, chips, coupons, and gift certificates
- Maintain, balance, and reconcile assigned cash banks
- Verify transactions, transfers, and required financial documentation
- Assist guests with questions, concerns, and dispute resolution
- Follow Cage/Vault procedures, internal controls, and gaming regulations
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong customer service and cash-handling skills
- Basic math skils and attention to detail required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to life 50 pounds or more and work a flexible schedule
- Must complete Title 31 training and obtain a Key Gaming License
