Monday, August 25, 2025  |  Time: 10:30 - 11:30 StrongBodies has been shown to increase strength, muscle mass, and bone density. Classes are held twice weekly and include progressive resistance training, balance training and flexibility exercises. Along with nutrition fun. Boost Your Brain on Memory, and other guest speakers. Prize Drawing with each class plus a grand prize at the end of the series.
