The Wait Staff provides quality dining service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This position helps create an enjoyable dining experience through friendly, attentive service.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages
- Assist guests with menu selection and dining needs
- Process guest checks and payment transactions
- Maintain dining room cleanliness and table setup
- Support special events and guest satisfaction efforts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Strong customer service and cash-handling skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must obtain a Key Gaming License and complete Title 31 Training
