Database Analyst

The Database Analyst provides technical and analytical support for the Marketing Department by maintaining database integrity, developing reports, performing market analysis, and supporting promotional initiatives. This position plays a key role in helping the casino understand player behavior, evaluate marketing performance, and develop targeted campaigns that increase guest engagement and visitation. The Database Analyst works closely with marketing leadership to support data-driven decision-making and program development.
- Monitor and maintain database accuracy, integrity, and overall dta quality
- Produce marketing reports and analytic using internal systems and external data sources
- Perform market segmentation and analyze player trends, gaming activity, and promotional performance
- Develop mailing lists and direct marketing campaigns designed to reach targeted audiences
- Track and evaluate direct mail programs, promotions, special events, and redemption activity
- Interpret player tracking data, card usage, coin-in review, and other operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure all reports, documentation, and marketing records are accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree in a business-related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and gaming industry experience
- Experience with database management, spreadsheet development, and data analysis
- Proficiency in word processing, data extraction, and reporting tools
- Strong project management, organization, and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Working knowledge of database query language and analytical reporting methods
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed
- Must obtain and maintain a Key Gaming License
