Vault Cashier

The Vault Cashier is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, security, and accountability of casino funds and financial transactions. This position supports Cage/Vault operations by preparing deposits, managing vault inventory, processing cash transfers, distributing banks, reconciling transactions, and assisting with jackpot payouts. The Vault Cashier plays a critical role in safeguarding company assets while providing excellent internal and external customer service.
- Prepare and process bank deposits, currency exchanges, and cash transfers
- Maintain accurate vault inventory and verify daily drop activity
- Prepare, issue, and reconcile banks for waitstaff, events, and gaming operations
- Fill, drop, monitor, and troubleshoot kiosk and ATM operations
- Process jackpot payouts and prepare necessary tax and regulatory documentation
- Count, verify, and reconcile transactions while maintaining accurate records and paperwork
- Assist with audits, discrepancy investigations, and department-wide operations as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all Cage/Vault procedures, gaming regulations, and internal controls
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Strong customer service experience with direct guest interaction
- Basic computer proficiency and strong math skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and financial documentation
- Must be dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and accurate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must complete Title 31 training and obtain a Key Gaming License
