Valet Attendant

The Valet Attendant provides professional and courteous guest service by safely parking, securing, retrieving, and delivering guest vehicles. This position helps create a positive first and last impression for guests while ensuring vehicle security, maintaining a safe arrival area, and providing exceptional hospitality throughout each interaction.
- Safely park, secure, retrieve, and deliver guest vehicles
- Manage valet tickets, vehicle keys, and parking records
- Assist guests with mobility aids, vehicle access, and transportation needs
- Provide information regarding casino promotions, events, and services
- Maintain safe and welcoming entrance areas through snow removal, litter pickup, and hazard reporting
- Monitor work areas for safety concerns and report issues immediately
- Promote positive guest relations and exceptional customer service
- Document and report vehicle incidents or damage according to casino procedures
- Valid Class D Driver’s License with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must be dependable, professional, and insurable under company policies
