Elder Host/Hostess

The Elder Host/Hostess serves as a welcoming presence throughout the casino while helping enhance customer service and hospitality for guests. The position provides eligible elders with an opportunity to supplement their income while representing the casino through positive interactions, guest assistance, and friendly customer service. Elder Hosts help create a welcoming atmosphere and contribute to an enjoyable guest experience across casino operations.
- Greet and welcome guests throughout the casino in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information regarding casino services, events, and promotions
- Assist guests and help create a positive guest experience
- Support operations in areas such as the Conference Center and Slot Department when needed
- Serve as a positive ambassador for the casino and its guests
- Report concerns, guest issues, or operational needs to the Manager on Duty
- Maintain professional communication and exceptional customer service standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Must be 62 years of age or older
- Must be American Indian descent
- Ability to work a maximum of 30 hours per week
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Must complete Title 31 training and obtain a Non-Key Gaming License
- Must comply with all casino policies and procedures
