Position Summary

The Director of Realty is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the LCO Realty Department, including staff supervision , coordination of department activities, and maintaining efficient workflow across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Realty Department and supervise staff
  • Develop, review, and improve policies and procedures
  • Coordinate workflow within the department budgets in collaboration with accounting and management
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documents
  • Ensure staff maintain program knowledge and required certifications
  • Maintain confidentiality of all department information
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
