Maintenance Technician I

The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing routine building and grounds maintenance throughout the casino property. This position supports the operation of facility systems through preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and construction-related projects. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while helping maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming experience for guests and team members.
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and facility systems to identify maintenance needs and repairs
- Perform routine electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and masonry repairs
- Assist with construction projects, installation of fixtures, and facility improvements
- Operate maintenance equipment including trucks, forklifts, skid steers, snow removal equipment, and lawn equipment
- Assist with preventative maintenance activities and contractor coordination
- Maintain maintenance records, work orders, inventory requests, and repair documentation
- Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and safe
- Support the overall appearance and functionality of the casino property
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational training, apprenticeship, certification, or related maintenance experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Advanced competency with power tools and strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to regularly lift up to 75 pounds and work from ladders
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must obtain a Non-Key Gaming License and complete Title 31 training
