Position Summary

The Coordinated Services Team (CST) Project Coordinator / Parent Aide is a split position responsible for coordinating collaborative services for children and families while also providing direct parent support services. Approximately 80% if the role focuses on CST coordination and 20% focuses on Parent Aide responsibilities. This position works to strengthen systems of care, improve family outcomes, and support children and youth receiving services from multiple agencies and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the CST Coordinating Committee and support collaborative planning efforts with Sawyer County and partner agencies
  • Facilitate family-centered planning, strength-based assessments, and wraparound service coordination
  • Assist families and caregivers through Parent Aide services and reunification support efforts
  • Promote community awareness of CST services and available family support resources
  • Coordinate training and support for families, service coordinators, and providers
  • Prepare grant reports, progress reports, service plans, and program documentation
  • Participate in community outreach activities, meetings, and Indian Child Welfare events

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance coverage
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Teams, Zoom, and other computer applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Must pass a criminal background check, CANS Certification exam within two months of hire, and a pre-employment drug screen
