The Health Director ensures compliance with Indian Health Service (IHS), Tribal, State, and Federal regulations, while providing strategic leadership to advance high-quality, culturally responsive healthy services for the LCO community.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-orientated, and capable of independently managing complex grant applications from start to submission.

The Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Government is seeking a Coordinated Services Team (CST) Project Coordinator / Parent Aide to support children, youth, and families through coordinated care and family-centered services.

This is a split position, with 80% of time dedicated to the CST Project Coordinator Role and 20% to Parent Aide duties. The position focuses on collaboration across systems of care, coordination of services, and direct support for families referred through Indian Child Welfare.

The Lac Courte Oreilles Head Start & Early Head Start Program is seeking a caring and reliable Head Start Teacher Aide / Bus Assistant to support early childhood education and safe transportation.

This position supports classroom instruction, assists children throughout the school day, and helps ensure safe transportation to and from school. Candidates should have a passion for working with young children and to a commitment to supporting families within the Lac Courte Oreilles tribal community.

The Custodian/Maintenance position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the Tribal Administration Building and surrounding grounds. This role ensures that facilities are well-maintaned, presentable, and functional to support daily operations. The Custodian/Maintenance employee works under supervision and assists with general repairs, sanitation, and building upkeep.
