IT Sytstems & Governance Administrator

The IT Systems and Governance Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining, securing and optimizing IT systems while enduring compliance with relevant regularions and policies. This position demands a blend of technical expertise, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of governance frameworks to support the effective functioning of our tribal operations.
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, applications, and system security
- Develop and enforce IT governance policies and compliance standards
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
- Manage cybersecurity initiatives and risk mitigation efforts
- Oversee IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and continous improvement efforts
- Lead special projects, reporting, documentation, and strategic technology planning
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Experience in systems administration, governance, and compliance
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and IT governance frameworks
- Microsoft 365 administration and experience required
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Must pass a background check, pre-employment drug screen, and possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license
