Director of Finance

The Director of Finance leads the financial operations of Sevenwinds Casino, Lodge & Conference Center and Grindstone Creek Casino. This position oversees accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance while supporting strategic besiness decisions and organizational growth.
- Oversee accounting, revenue audit, payroll, purchasing, and financial reporting operations
- Lead budgeting, forcasting, and long-range financial planning
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, gaming regulations, and internal controls
- Monitor financial performance and provide analysis to Executive Management and Tribal leadership
- Coordinate audits, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities
- Supervise, mentor, and develop finance department staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA or advanced accounting certification preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of controllership experience
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Adanced Excel and computer proficiency
- Gaming industry experience preferred
