The Cook Position prepares quality food items in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining established standards for food safety, sanitation, and presentation. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by ensuring meals are prepared efficiently, accurately, and consistently.
- Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain proper sanitation and food safety practices
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and workstation setup
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Strong customer services and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds
- Must complete Title 31 Training and obtain Non-Key Gaming License
