The Cook prepares quality menu items while maintaining food safety, sanitation, and service standards. This position works closly with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.
- Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain proper sanitation and food safety practices
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and workstation setup
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong customer services and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds
- Must complete Title 31 Training and obtain Non-Key Gaming License
