The Makwa Culture, History, and Dance Company, with the generous support of the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Governing Board, invites the community to participate in the 2025 Manoomin “Wild Rice” Camp. Classes are held twice weekly and include progressive resistance training, balance training and flexibility exercises. Along with nutrition fun. Boost Your Brain on Memory, and other guest speakers. Prize Drawing with each class plus a grand prize at the end of the series.
