Language & Culture Division Director, Michael Migizi Sullivan Sr. is homegrown Anishinaabe scholar born and raised here at LCO. He has worked over 20 years in learning and teaching the Ojibwe language and has taught community members of all ages. He resides in Skunawong with his family and enjoys attending ceremonies, powwows, round dances, and other Anishinaabe celebrations.
Program Manager/Community Educator; coordinates the operational, administrative, and strategic efforts of the Division required to assist with the revitalization of Ojibwemowin and preserve cultural traditions. She is nearly a 30-year veteran teacher whose dedication and role are to help ensure that cultural knowledge, language resources, and community programming continue for future generations.
