LAC COURTE OREILLES, Wisc. – The Lac Courte Oreilles Health Center – Behavioral Health Department has been selected as the recipient of the Catalyst for Change: Outstanding Partner in Substance Use Prevention Award.

This award recognizes an individual or organization that has made significant contributions to substance use prevention in their community. The selection committee was impressed with the work our department has been doing, and we are truly honored by this recognition.

The award was presented at the 2025 Wisconsin Substance Use Prevention Conference, being held September 10–11 at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells. The ceremony took place the morning of September 11, where recipients were introduced and invited on stage to receive the award.

This recognition highlights the dedication of our staff and community partners in advancing prevention efforts and building healthier communities.
