- Ability to use the Ojibwe Language to interact. with Waadookodaading students and staff at all times.

WAADOOKODAADING LEAD TEACHER PHILOSOPHY
The Ojibwe Medium Lead Classroom Teacher is the backbone of the instructional and educational experience of the Waadookodaading Academic Program. Lead Teachers are the primary individuals responsible for the application of skills, knowledge, and a unique Anishinaabe consciousness that supports and extends educational experience for the students of the community.
