The Lac Courte Tribal Government is seeking an Associate Judge / Pro Tempore Judge to fairly and impartially hear and decide judicial matters within the judicial matters within the jurisdiction of the LCO Tribal Court.
This position plays a critical role in upholding Tribal sovereignty and administrating cases under the Tribe’s Constitution, including trials, hearings, motions, and pre-trial proceedings. The Associate Judge may preside when the Chief Judge has a conflict or as assigned.
Work includes in-person and virtual court proceedings.
