TAKE NOTICE that you are a named party for an action filed in the Court listed above. You must appear in the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Court on the 9th day of December 2025 at 10:00 A.M. Failure to appear may result in the petition being granted. A full copy of the petition may be obtained from the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Court located at 13394W Trepania Road Hayward, WI  54843.

NOTICE OF THIS HEARING shall be given for three (3) consecutive weeks prior to the hearing date in the Odaawaa-Zaaga’iganing Babaamaajimoo-mazina’igaans(LCO’s Little Newspaper), a newspaper published in Sawyer County, State of Wisconsin, pursuant to 2 LCOTCOL, § 1.902 (7).

NOTICE

 Please be advised that the Lac Courte Oreilles Conservation and Roads Department are working together to remove refuse, abandoned automobiles, boats, and other vehicles from Tribal property. The Lac Courte Oreilles Conservation shall be issuing citations to violators, members and non-members alike, who have failed to remove refuse, abandoned automobiles, boats, or other vehicles from Tribal property pursuant to Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law CSV.1.3.070.

Failure to remedy the violation by removing refuse, abandoned automobiles, boats, or other vehicles shall result in the removal of the property by the LCO Roads Department. Any and all costs associated with the removal of the refuse shall be billed to the violator and may result in a money judgment in the Tribal Court.
