LCO TGB Announces Linda Hollen as Division Director of Social and Community Services

LAC COURTE OREILLESThe Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Governing Board (LCO TGB) is pleased to announce Linda Hollen has accepted a position within the Tribe’s new organizational structure as the Division Director of Social and Community Services. Hollen officially came on board February 23, 2026.  Please join us in welcoming Hollen as she steps into this role with dedication and a strong commitment to serving the LCO community.

Hollen is an enrolled LCO tribal member.  She is the parent of three adult children and a growing family that includes thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Hollen returns home to this position with extensive experience serving in direct care, management, and hospital/clinic/long-term care settings.

Hollen will support our work by coordinating services, managing referrals/case needs, and strengthening community-based supports to help improve outcomes for the LCO community.

Hollen earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and completed graduate-level coursework in a Family Nurse Practitioner master’s program.

Hollen brings leadership experience in wellness and nursing administration. Most recently, she served as director of wellness from 2021 to 2024 at Minot Lodge, formerly The Wellington Senior Living, in Minot, North Dakota, and as assistant director of nursing in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Her previous roles include director of nursing for the acute adult medical-surgical unit at Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation on the Navajo Nation in Arizona, as well as nursing leadership and community health positions closer to home, including nurse director for Birth to Three and special needs services at the LCO Community Health Center and school nurse at the LCO Ojibwe School. She also previously served as LCO’s director of Indian Child Welfare and Social Services.

“I have been a lifelong member of the LCO community and am committed to fostering positive working relationships among our families and many entities that support them,” shared Hollen.
