Eligibility
- Tribal Status: Federally recognized tribal member or affiliate
- Residency: Sawyer County resident
- Education: Accepted to an accredited college, university, or technical school
- Degree Level: Undergraduate student
- Enrollment: Minimum of 6 credits
How To Apply
- Complete the Application form
- Provide Proof of Enrollment (photocopy of enrollment card or letter addressing tribal affiliation).
- Provide copy of academic transcripts (GED, High School, college)
- Provide attendance record
- Write a 300-word essay:
"Describe your community involvement and volunteer work, cultural activities and hobbies, employment experience, career goals, planned contributions to Native American communities, and how this scholarship will support your success."
