Patient Access Supervisor

The Patient Access Supervisor oversees the Purchased and Referred Care (PRC), Benefits, and Patient Registration departments. This position helps ensure Tribal members receive access to qualify healthcare services by managing referrals, eligibility, funding resources, and departmental operations.
- Oversee PRC, Benefits and Patient Registration operations
- Determine eligibility and manage patient referral services
- Monitor program funding, vouchers, and healthcare resources
- Supervise department staff and support program compliance
- Chair the PRC Committee and assist with patient grievance processes
- Conduct community education and outreach regarding available healthcare resources
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or four (4) years of related experience
- Two (2) years of healthcare supervisory experience
- Knowledge of EHR sysem and healthcare operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Must pass required background checks and drug screening
