Saturday & Sunday, September 19th & 20th   |  This is a community event for ages 13 and up.

Learn how to harvest Wild Rice by accompanyung a seasonal harvestor on the water. Pakwawong or Tatogatic , materials are provided.

What to Expect

• 2 days of learning about our connection to the land and water, how and why we harvest wild rice.
• Day one – 10am – meet at the pavilion by the Tribal office
• Day two – 10am – 3pm- will be held at the Culture Capgrounds next tot he Boys & Girls club; Finishing wild rice while enjoying a meal from the harvest itself.
