We are nearing the end of the HAF program and are encouraging homeowners to prioritize a list of improvements that are essential to maintaining the longevity of your home.
Suggested Exterior such as:
- Roofing
- Windows
- Siding
Suggested Interior focus:
- Hot water heaters
- Furnace
- Sump Pumps
- Plumbing
- Electrical
Deadline for submission will be September 1, 2026, to allow for purchase orders, delivery, and contractor availability.
Any remaining Homeowner benefits after this date will be reallocated to other approved projects to make sure that all funds are spent bu the end of this year, December 31, 2026. If not spent, the funds cannot be saved and must be returned to the U.S. Treasury.
