Manager on Duty

The Manager on Duty is responsible for overseeing daily operations across the casino, lodge, conference center, and gaming facilities during assigned shifts. This position ensures compliance with policies, gaming regulations, and internal control stnadards while providing leadership, resolving issues, and supporting efficient operations. The Manager on Duty serves as a key operational leader focused on guest satisfaction, team performance, and facility-wide success.
- Oversee daily operations throughout the gaming and hospitality complex
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations
- Monitor compliance with internal control standards and gaming requirements
- Coordinate operations with department managers and leadership teams
- Resolve guest concerns, disputes, and operational issues while maintaining professionalism
- Minimum of seven (7) years of gaming experience with prior management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills
- Excellent customer service and guest relations experience
- Strong problem-solving, organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must obtain a gaming license and have Title 31 training
