LCO Men’s Sober Living Support Staff

The Men’s Sober Living Support Staff provides supervision, structure, and support for residents participating in sober living services. This position helps maintain. safe, recovery-focused environment while supporting daily operations and resident accountability.
- Supervise residents and monitor compliance with program rules
- Assist with resident intake, orientation, and daily support
- Maintain logs, reports, and required documentation
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns
- Support a safe, clean, and recovery-oriented living environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in sober living, residential services, or human services preferred
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
