This split role dedicates 80% of the position to Coordinated Services Team (CST) Project coordination and 20% to Parent Aide duties. The CST Project Coordinator ensures projects activities align with grant requirements, promotes collaboration among systems of care, and facilitates coordinated services planning for LCO children and youth. The Parent Aide role supports families referred to Indian Child Welfare through reunification and prevention services. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the Coordinated Services Team (CST) in collaboration with Sawyer County
  • Facilitate child and family team meetings using the wraparound model
  • Promote collaboration across agencies and systems of care
  • Provide Parent Aide services to families involved with Indian Child Welfare
  • Complete documentation, progress notes, and required grant reports
  • Participate in community and comply with program policies
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
  • Ability to pass criminal background and drug screening
  • Must complete CANS Assessment Certification within 2 months of hire
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentially and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Teams, and Zoom
