Board members serve in accordance with Tribal policies, bylaws, and the terms outlined in the official Letters of Interest document.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Big Fish Board of Directors may include, but are not limited to:
- Participate in scheduled board meetings
- Reviewing and providing input on initiatives, policies, and strategic matters
- Supporting oversight and governance
- Acting in a professional and ethical manner consistent with Tribal values

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Health Care Administration, or Business Administration required
- Five years’ experience in Tribal Government or tribal services with progressive management responsibilities
- Experience in community organization, grant writing, supervision, and policy development
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
