Donations of coats or cash are taken at the LCO Credit Union and Koobies Coffee until the end of September. All donations will be going to the local children in our community.

Classes are held twice weekly and include progressive resistance training, balance training and flexibility exercises. Along with nutrition fun. Boost Your Brain on Memory, and other guest speakers. Prize Drawing with each class plus a grand prize at the end of the series.
