OVERVIEW

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Progream (WHEAP) and Low Income Home Assistance Program (LIHEAP) are assistance programs that help eligible households manage heating and electric costs through state-supported programs.

These programs provide a one-time seasonal benefit each heating season (October 1 — May 15) to help households pay a portion of their energy costs.
