Our community-based, culturally focused substance addiction programs are designed to promote a drug-free lifestyle and offer comprehensive support for those struggling with substance use disorders. As part of these services, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) is available, combining medications with counseling and behavioral therapies to provide effective, whole-person care. The MAT program addresses both the physical and psychological aspects of addiction, with a dedicated care team that includes a MAT provider, primary care provider, care coordinator, substance use counselor, and behavioral health therapist. Each participant receives an individualized treatment plan, and family involvement is encouraged through educational meetings and support, ensuring that both the individual and their loved ones are part of the recovery journey.
